Can Digital Nebraska help with our marketing?
Yes. Digital Back Office includes email marketing: campaigns, newsletters and follow-up sequences that send themselves, with one-click unsubscribe. Social media posting, text messaging and managed marketing are also available and are set up by conversation.

Can we text our customers?
Yes. Text messaging adds a shared two-way business texting inbox, text reminders and follow-ups, with STOP and HELP replies handled automatically. It needs a business texting account and US carrier registration, and it is for people who have agreed to hear from you, not mass text blasts. Pricing is confirmed by conversation.

Do you offer invoicing?
Yes, as an add-on to Digital Back Office: invoices with a pay-online link through your Stripe or Square account, quotes customers accept online, recurring invoices, payment plans and automatic overdue reminders. It is not accounting software, and pricing is confirmed by conversation.

What can automations do?
Automations are simple “when this happens, do that” rules in Digital Back Office. For example, when a website form is submitted, a rule can tag the contact, create a task for a teammate and send a thank-you email. Each rule can have up to ten steps.

Can you post to our social media for us?
Yes. You can schedule posts to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube yourself in Digital Back Office, or Digital Nebraska can prepare posts and send them to you for approval before they publish. The done-for-you scope and price are agreed in a short proposal.

Can Digital Nebraska run our marketing for us?
Yes. With managed marketing, we plan and prepare email newsletters, follow-ups, social posts and search content with you, and you approve everything before it goes out. It is priced separately in a proposal, and we don’t guarantee sales, followers or rankings.

Do you work with healthcare offices?
Yes, with privacy first. We recommend starting with appointment reminders, hours and other general information that reveals no private health information. HIPAA-compliant setups are possible but cost more because of the extra infrastructure they require. This is not legal advice; check with your privacy officer.
